A search-and-rescue operation has concluded in Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, after a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile struck a five-story apartment building on October 7, President Zelenskyy said. Twenty-two people were killed, including five children, and 54 were injured.
More than 500 emergency personnel took part in the operation, which rescued 15 people including a five-year-old child. The same barrage of 70 missiles and 130 drones damaged 15 apartment buildings, 16 private homes, and a gas pipeline, leaving over 18,000 residents without gas.
