The White House has proclaimed October 2026 National Energy Dominance Month, a document attributing to the administration the rescission of the Obama-era Endangerment Finding, over 6,000 drilling permits, more than $1 billion for coal, and what it calls the largest oil deal in human history, granting majority U.S. control of over 65 billion barrels of Venezuelan reserves.
The proclamation also credits the administration with record domestic oil and gas production, record LNG exports, and a March 'Ratepayer Protection Pledge' meant to address electric bills.
No independent figures, agencies, or outside verification appear anywhere in the text; the document is signed by the President himself and published by his own White House.
The full dispatch is available from the source below.

A whole month to celebrate yourself, proclaimed by yourself, with every number supplied by yourself. The 'largest oil deal in human history' is the kind of claim a man makes when nobody else is in the room to check his math. And if production's really at a record and the bills still need a pledge to protect the ratepayer, you have to wonder who all this dominance is for.
