Reform UK's head of policy James Orr and senior aide Dan Jukes resigned after a Channel 4 investigation caught them discussing routing foreign funding, including a possible 500,000-pound donation, through a fake British intermediary. Undercover footage also showed the pair discussing 32,500 pounds in secretly funded political polling, later published in newspapers without disclosing Reform as the client.

Nigel Farage was filmed praising the polling results as 'amazing' and calling it 'boom,' but has dismissed the whole affair as 'entrapment' and 'loose pub talk.' Labour and the Liberal Democrats have referred the matter to police, and the Electoral Commission is reviewing the case alongside separate ongoing investigations into Reform's finances.

The full dispatch is available from the source below.

✒ FROM THE EDITORIAL DESK
Two men talk through how to make foreign money look homegrown, and the boss calls it pub chatter. Well, most pub chatter doesn't come with a middleman and a figure attached. If a plumber walked you through how he'd route your water bill through the neighbor's meter, you wouldn't call it a joke, you'd call somebody.
