Dmitry Medvedev, Russia's Security Council deputy chair, threatened strikes on Berlin weapons factories and hinted at targeting passenger trains carrying European leaders, after Germany's interior minister blamed Russia for a drone found near a Ukrainian cargo plane at Leipzig Airport in August. Medvedev accused Germany of Russophobia in a Telegram post rather than addressing the drone itself.
Investigators from German broadcasters and a newspaper later found three drones, not one, were involved in the operation, suggesting a larger plot than first disclosed. Germany has since closed its last regional Russian consulate and a cultural center in response.
The full dispatch is available from the source below.

Threatening to shell a rail car full of politicians is a funny way to say you had nothing to do with the drone. And it turned out to be three drones, which is the sort of detail that tends to leak out after the loud speech is over. Berlin shut the consulate and the culture center, so somebody over there heard him plain enough.
