Russian forces struck central Pryluky in Chernihiv Oblast on the morning of Sept. 14, killing three people and injuring seven, according to the local district military administration chief. At least two explosions were recorded, shattering windows in nearby apartment buildings, and warehouse facilities were reportedly hit.

Police, explosives specialists, and emergency crews were working the scene afterward. The city was also struck a week earlier, on Sept. 7, when a fire broke out at a British American Tobacco factory employing roughly 500 people.
