Manchester City are reported to be intensifying pursuit of 19-year-old Morocco midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, valued at around £85m, after agreeing to sell Rodri to Barcelona for a reported £65.4m.

Bouaddi was a standout for Morocco as they reached the World Cup quarter-finals, and the Telegraph frames the move as City seeking a direct replacement for their departing holding midfielder.
