Drones struck the Ust-Luga port zone in Leningrad Oblast overnight, igniting a fire across port infrastructure, Governor Aleksandr Drozdenko reported, adding that air defense operations were underway and damage was still being assessed. It is at least the latest in a recurring series of strikes on the facility, following an August 14 attack and repeated hits since March that have driven Russian Baltic crude shipments to their lowest levels since the 2022 invasion.

The port has partially resumed oil flows between attacks, including a resumption reported in early April after a multi-day shutdown, only to be struck again days later with direct hits on storage tanks.
