Drones may have hit Voronezhsintezkauchuk plant in Voronezh — OSINT report

Telegram channel Astra, citing an OSINT analyst, reported drones may have hit the Voronezhsintezkauchuk plant, a Sibur-owned synthetic rubber and elastomer producer, during an overnight attack on Sept. 25. The facility sits near a heat and power plant and within roughly 2 kilometers of a Pantsir air defense system, with an S-300/S-400 position also believed nearby.

Voronezh Oblast Governor Oleksandr Gusev said air defenses destroyed 88 drones over the oblast overnight, a claim offered without independent confirmation. The same night, drones reportedly struck the Iskra Plant in Ulyanovsk, which produces guided missile components, and a Lukoil refinery in Perm caught fire after a separate strike.
