Ukraine's General Staff reported that its forces struck a Russian drone storage and launch site near Tsymbulova in Oryol Oblast, claiming damage to three warehouses, a launch area for turbojet drones, and five launch systems.

The same report described coordinated strikes the same day on two major Russian refineries, the Bashneft-UNPZ plant in Ufa and the Kuibyshev refinery in Samara, citing large processing capacities at both sites.

All figures and descriptions of damage originate from Ukraine's military command, which has an obvious interest in publicizing successful strikes.
