Celine Dion performed Saturday in Nanterre, France, the first of a 16-concert Paris residency with 10 more dates set for 2027, six years after health problems sidelined her performing career.

Dion, diagnosed with stiff person syndrome in 2022, broke down in tears during her opening number and held the microphone out to the crowd for support. She performed hits including 'My Heart Will Go On' and 'All By Myself' before an audience that had gathered outside her hotel for days.
