Any angler who's shared a boat with a braggart knows the fish gets longer every time it's told, and this one has grown clear back to 1919. If the administration really recovered more endangered species than anybody else, it could name them, the same way a man proud of his tomatoes brings a few to show you. Until somebody counts the acres and the critters, we'll take the billions in license money as the only number here with any meat on it.
