The FSB claims the information was meant to enable sabotage or terrorist attacks against the British ambassador, which Moscow says Ukraine intended to blame on Russia to draw Britain into direct conflict.
The FSB names a Ukrainian blogger, Dmytro Karpenko, as the alleged handler. Separately, London police announced the arrest of British resident Joshua Cammidge on National Security Act charges, suspecting cooperation with Russian intelligence, a case the FSB did not explain how it relates to its own.
