A high-rise in the Rusich residential complex in Kotelniki, just outside Moscow, was struck by a Ukrainian drone for the second time, following an earlier hit on June 18 and a new one on September 20, 2026.

The building, completed in 2021, sits near Kapotnya, a district home to an oil refinery that has repeatedly drawn drone strikes. No casualty or damage figures beyond the repeated targeting were reported.
