The White House circulated a release announcing a proposed $15 billion Mesabi Metallics steel complex in Lee County, Iowa, which it calls the largest steel plant ever built in the United States, claiming 1,750 permanent jobs, up to 6,000 construction jobs, and $95 billion in economic output over a decade.

The release is mostly a chain of quotes from Iowa's governor, attorney general, two U.S. senators, three House members, and several state legislators, each thanking President Trump and each other in various combinations of capital letters and exclamation points.
