Nothing is said about trade, security, or whatever the two governments might have actually discussed — the entire substance is that the other guy looks great, better than ever, a claim that no one can check and no one asked for. Signing your own name in initials at the end of your own account, on your own feed, is the flourish of a man worried someone might mistake the post for statecraft.
