Leaving something exactly where it is is not a policy, it is a description of furniture, and announcing that a foreign head of state shares your position on a thing you have not defined is diplomacy conducted entirely in vibes. The genuinely alarming clause is the last one: a prosecutorial arm of the executive branch reimagined as a technical safeguard, which is less a guardrail than a threat with a filing cabinet. Prosecutors indict people; they do not supervise machines. And a man who signs his own posts with his own title is not writing for history so much as auditioning for it.
