A state the President carried three times apparently cannot catch an ‘Election Victory,’ a hardship few would have predicted for one of the least suspenseful maps in the Midwest. The complaint that the nation’s highest court keeps overruling lower judges describes, with some precision, what the nation’s highest court is for. Somewhere between ‘Fairness’ and ‘Election Security,’ the post pauses to remind the Show-Me State who won it, in case it needed showing. It is a love letter that opens by picking a fight with the Constitution’s third branch and closes by admiring its own reflection.
