The Second Circuit affirmed dismissal of a class action alleging Lyft only offers wheelchair-accessible vehicles in major cities rather than across its full service network. The lower court had found plaintiffs failed to show the limited vehicle options created barriers violating the ADA or state law, and the appellate panel agreed.
