Under the Constitution, juries decide guilt and judges set sentences. Here the verdict comes first and the defendants are apparently to be filled in later. No crime is named and no one is identified, yet the length of the prison term is already settled. He even quotes himself as corroboration, which is like citing your own diary as an eyewitness, and three exclamation points are now doing the work of the entire justice system.
