The miracle in question is that votes were counted under the rules voters had approved and the counting produced a winner. ‘Everyone thought’ she came in second or third is not a tally, it is a mood, and moods do not get certified. Scare quotes are the cheapest form of election denial, requiring no evidence, no lawsuit, and no math.
