Asking questions everyone supposedly already knows the answers to is not a delay of the trial; it is the trial, the part where a verdict is reached with evidence rather than a deadline set by the man with the biggest megaphone. A president demanding that a sitting judge wrap things up in a month is not seeking justice, he is leaning on a courtroom, and putting the word Legal in quotation marks from the Oval Office tells the country exactly how much he thinks the process is worth. There is also a practical irony he seems to have missed: public pressure from the White House on a pending case is the sort of thing defense lawyers cite on appeal, which is how you turn a fast verdict into a very slow one. If he truly wants the case over with, the most useful thing he could do is stop posting about it.
