Ukrainian drones struck a private home in Russia's Lipetsk district, killing a man and a 14-year-old and injuring two women, regional Governor Igor Artamonov said. The same night, drones hit a Wildberries logistics warehouse in Kotovsk, Tambov region, igniting a fire across more than 100,000 square meters and injuring one worker.

The Kotovsk facility, among the first Wildberries warehouses targeted since mid-July, has stopped receiving shipments, and the mayor urged residents to limit movement and keep windows shut against the smoke. Ukrainian monitoring channels also reported a fire at a Lukoil refinery in Nizhny Novgorod region, though regional authorities have not confirmed it.
