The Cook Political Report shifted Florida's gubernatorial race from 'Solid Republican' to 'Likely Republican,' still favoring Trump-backed Rep. Byron Donalds over Democrat David Jolly. Cook's Jessica Taylor cited Jolly's potential appeal to independents and disaffected Republicans, while noting he trails Donalds more than 10 to 1 in fundraising.

A Democratic Governors Association-commissioned poll released by the Jolly campaign showed a near tie, 46% to 45%, though other polls have Donalds ahead by at least five points.
