Only in this administration could the network that built its brand on him be accused of going soft, and only by the man it built that brand on. The charge is a superlative with no measuring stick — 'more than at any time in the History' — the kind of claim that is always true because nothing could ever check it. Note the cure for alleged bias: switch to a channel where nobody is permitted to disagree at all. Complaining that a news outlet airs the other side is not media criticism; it is a job description for state television.
